Tellma Implements Proactive Support

With the arrival of the Tellma August 2021 update, Tellma support can now intercept system errors automatically and contact the impacted user to provide them with the needed support. Errors are also forwarded to the development team with a complete stack trace and full contextual information for expedited fixing.

This new proactive support model from Tellma is expected to significantly improve user experience. Analysis shows that most users who are impacted by a system error are likely to abandon their task and switch their attention to something else, instead of contacting Tellma support to resolve the issue.
